Live tools for drilling, milling, and tapping — plus static turning — all run one patented quick-change interface. Tools are preset offline in the T-Carrier magazine and swapped in-machine one-handed, so the turret never waits on a wrench. It’s the heart of EWS’s “Ready. Safe. Go.” setup concept, and it fits the VDI and BMT turrets you already run.

A 2-in-1 electric driver and torque wrench. Power-loosen the old insert, power-tighten the new one, then the clutch idles the instant it reaches your preset torque — so every screw seats to spec, with no over- or under-tightening. A built-in LED lights the pocket, it recharges over USB-C, and one charge handles roughly 400 screws. Less time per index, fewer inserts lost to bad torque, more spindle uptime.
